The end of the semester is a busy time: between final exams and graduation, students and staff alike can be pretty overwhelmed. However, the FLO schools have come up with some interesting ways to cope. To provide some much-needed fuel, many schools offered a study breaks with snacks and juice, and even some hot chocolate. To help foster concentration, most libraries extended their hours for exam season, and set up silent work spaces. But after a while, students and staff have had enough quiet time and just need a place to blow off some steam. Emerson hosted a full-blown Cirque de De-Stress with crafts, massages and even some goofy costumes in their photo booth. Several schools brought in some canine companionship to help ease the tension, offering quality time with adorable therapy dogs. Whatever the method of relief, we wish everyone good luck recovering, and hope this semester has been a successful one!
